Do the people I audit need a Vexsai account?
No. Vendors, employees and other respondents open a password-protected link, answer the questions and upload evidence. Only your own team needs accounts.
Can I build my own audits?
Yes. Start from a predefined industry template or a blank page, then create your own audit types, categories and Yes/No questions. You can ask for a reason or evidence on any answer.
How does the AI analysis work?
When an audit is completed, Vexsai reviews the answers, reasons and supporting documents. It scores each category, flags risks and weak evidence, and suggests corrective actions. Your team reviews the report before sharing it.
What types of files can respondents upload?
PDFs, images, spreadsheets and Word documents. Each file is attached to the question it supports.
Can we try it before committing?
